What we keep

Your name, email address, and password (stored scrambled, never in plain text). Your club's details, member list, meeting records, fundraiser records, and money records that your club enters.

Who can see it

Only people your club invites. Each person sees what their job allows. For example, only the Treasurer and Admin can see the club's Tax ID. Other clubs can never see your club's information.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information or show ads. We do not share your club's records with anyone outside your club, except the service companies we use to run the site (hosting, database, email, and card payments), and only so the site works.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

A club Admin can download the club's records as a spreadsheet at any time, and can ask us to delete the club. You can ask us to delete your account.
