The service

My Clubs Manager helps service clubs keep meeting, fundraising, and money records. Your club owns the records it enters.

Your account

Keep your password private. The club Admin decides who can join the club and what each person can do.

Money records

The Finances section is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Your club's Treasurer is responsible for checking the books.

Fair use

Do not use the site to break the law, send spam, or try to see other clubs' information.

Billing

Each club can try every section free for 30 days. After that, a club subscription is needed to keep making changes. You can cancel any time.

Not affiliated

My Clubs Manager is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lions Clubs International, Rotary International, Kiwanis International, or any other service organization. Their names are used only to describe the kinds of clubs the tool serves.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell club Admins about important changes.
